Find Your Strength

Pilates is an exercise modality based on building strength and stability from the core outwards, from a foundation of breathing and posture.

The main focus of Pilates is to build mindfulness to your movement patterns to improve coordination and strength, and reduce the risk of injuries.

All classes are mixed ability and progressive and everyone is welcome.

HATHA YOGA

Find Your Balance

The physical aspects of yoga started a way to strengthen the posture of yogis and allow them to sit in meditation for extended periods.

Hatha classes are centered on these aspects and are great for relaxation and focus. The breathing techniques and Asanas that you will be taught can reduce stress and anxiety and help your body recover after intense exercise.

This is a mixed ability class that can be adapted to all experience levels.

VINYASA YOGA

Find Your Flow

"Vinyasa" means "To move with intent"/"To place in a special way".

Vinyasa classes flow through a sequence of Asanas, cycling and circling through the movements like a dance.

Vinyasa classes are more intense than Hatha, providing a higher degree of challenge.
